Gold futures finished lower on Thursday, after three consecutive gains as the rising interest rates dulled investment appeal of the non-yielding bullion. However, some losses remained capped on softer dollar.
Gold futures for April slipped by $4.90 or 0.30% to $1840.50 ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. However, spot gold added by 0.15% or $2.69 to $1,838.56 per ounce.
