The company has also informed that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, March 22, 2023 to Monday, March 27, 2023 for the purpose of AGM. Further, e-voting facility for the AGM will be made available to all the members of the Company. The date and time of remote e-voting facility are enclosed.
