In continuation to the Company's intimation dated April 18, 2021 and all other intimation in this regard giving intimation of petition filed under section 9 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('IBC') by Koncepts Interior, Operational Creditor of the Company, before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal - Mumbai Bench ('NCLT, Mumbai') seeking initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the Company, Praxis Home Retail has further intimated that the said matter was listed on March 02, 2023, in Court No. 5, NCLT, Mumbai, but didn't come-up for hearing. The said matter is to be listed at a later date which shall be intimated to Exchange as soon as the Company receives the next date for the matter.
