Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ashoka Refineries has informed that the Company has received intimation letter from its RTA - Beetal Financial & Computer Services, regarding the duplicate share certificates of the Company that have been issued, the details of which are enclosed. The Duplicate Share Certificate has been issued on receipt of proper documentation from the Shareholders and pursuant to the approval accorded by the Shareholder’s Relationship Committee in its meeting held on March 03, 2023. Further, Register of Duplicate Share Certificate sent by Beetal Financial & Computer Services (‘RTA’), is enclosed. However, the Company/ RTA will follow the procedure as per SEBI Circular No., SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022 for issuance of duplicate shares in dematerialized form.
