Shanti Educational Initiatives has acquired 50% stake in Swastik Styles, Partnership Firm on March 4, 2023. The cost of acquisition is Rs 37 lakh. Object of said acquisition is to expand the business of the company and considering the synergical benefits associated thereof. After acquisition, the company will be partner in that partnership firm.
