Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Genus Power Infrastructures has informed that a wholly-owned subsidiary company (‘WOS’) of the Company, namely ‘Genus Assam Package-4 SPV’ has been incorporated on February 28, 2023 (Certificate of Incorporation issued on March 05, 2023). The detail/disclosure in respect of the said WOS, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, is provided in the Annexure attached.
