With reference to intimation dated February 4, 2022 regarding the initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) in the case of Vikas WSP (the Company under CIRP) under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, filed by the Financial Creditor Bank of India and initiating the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('IBC'); pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR'); and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the LODR, Vikas WSP has informed that the 17th meeting of Committee of Creditors of Vikas WSP is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 07th of March, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Suite No.-310, 3rd Floor, 310 New Delhi House, 27, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi- 110001 attending either physically or through Video Conference or other Audio and Visual means.
