Star Health reports 13% rise in gross direct premium for YTD February 2023

Star Health and Allied Insurance Company has reported 13% growth in gross direct premium at Rs 11,132.0 crore (provisional) for YTD February 2023 as against Rs 9,829.0 crore for YTD February 2022. Out of the total gross direct premium, Health-Retail premium stood at Rs 10,253.2 crore (provisional) for YTD February 2023 as compared to Rs 8,608.9 crore for YTD February 2022, i.e. up by 19%. Health-Group premium and Personal Accident premium stood at Rs 711.0 crore and Rs 166.1 crore (provisional) respectively for YTD February 2023.

Star Health and Allied Insurance Company is providing sterling services in health, personal accident and overseas travel insurance etc.
