IRB InvIT Fund’s gross toll collection rises 13% in February 2023

IRB InvIT Fund’s gross toll collection in February 2023 stood at Rs 75.52 crore as compared to Rs 67.01 crore in February 2022 i.e. up by 12.70%. On month on month basis, the company has reported marginal rise of 2.22% in February 2023 over January 2023 when collection was Rs 73.88 crore.

In the month of February 2023, under IRB InvIT Fund, IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway collected Rs 31.15 crore, toll of Rs 12.22 crore was received to IRB Pathankot Amritsar Toll Road, IRB Jaipur Deoli Tollway has collected Rs 12.45 crore, M.V.R. Infrastructure and Tollways has received toll of Rs 13.05 crore and toll of Rs 6.65 crore was received to IRB Talegaon Amravati Tollway.

Meanwhile, toll collection at IRB Pathankot Amritsar Toll Road was temporarily suspended due to farmer’s protests with effective from December 16, 2022, which has recommenced on January 15, 2023. The concession period for IDAA Infrastructure i.e. Bharuch Surat and IRB Surat Dahisar Tollway i.e. Surat Dahisar project ended on March 31, 2022 and May 25, 2022 respectively and the projects were handed over to National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).
