Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/03/2023 to consider and approve declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23, if any. The 'Record Date' for the payment of interim dividend, if declared by the Board, shall be Friday, March 24, 2023. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company for all Designated Persons shall remain closed from tomorrow till 48 hours after declaration of the outcome of the Board Meeting. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
