The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4376.00 crore against gross sell of Rs 3533.40 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 842.70 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2365.30 crore with gross sales of Rs 244.00 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2121.30 crore in debt.
