Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Williamson Magor & Co has informed that Madan Lal Agarwal has tendered his resignation from the post of Manager & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company due to personal reasons. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from the services of the Company with effect from 15th March, 2023. In connection with above, it has enclosed (Annexure – I), disclosure in terms of the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September, 2015.
