Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Genus Power Infrastructures has informed that a wholly-owned subsidiary company (WOS) of the Company, namely ‘Genus Assam Package-2 SPV’ has been incorporated on March 09, 2023 (Certificate of Incorporation issued on March 16, 2023).
