In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Rites has informed that Ministry of Railways vide its letter no 2018/E(O)II/40/22 dated March 16, 2023 has appointed A.K. Chandra (DIN: 10076614) as Director (Technical)(Additional Charge) of the Company with effect from March 17, 2023 till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier. In compliance with BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 and NSE Circular No: NSE/CML/2018/24 dated June 20, 2018, it has confirmed that A. K Chandra has not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
