Everest Industries has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board on March 16, 2023 has allotted 5727 shares equity shares of ?10 each under the following schemes: 2175 equity shares of ?10 each to the employees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Scheme-2018, 150 equity shares of ?10 each to an employee of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Scheme-2019 and 3402 equity shares of ?10 each to the employees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Scheme-2021 Consequently, with effect from March 16, 2023, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to ?15,73,61,440 divided into 1,57,36,144 equity shares of ?10 each.
