The company will provide its members the facility to exercise their votes electronically for all resolutions as set forth in the notice. The company has fixed Tuesday, 04th April, 2023 as the record date (Cut-off date) to determine the entitlement of voting rights of the member for e-voting. The E-voting period will commence on the Saturday, 08th April, 2023 at 9.00 am and will end on Monday, 10th April, 2023 at 5.00 pm.
