In furtherance to letter dated 07th March 2023 regarding the outcome of the Board meeting for Fund Raising proposal by way of issuance of Secured Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures by way of private placement, S.I. Capital & Financial Services has informed that Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company in its meeting held today, approved and allotted 5850 number of Secured Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) of face value of Rs 1,000 each on private placement basis as per the details given in Annexure A.
