Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, Mahindra Logistics has informed that Amit Kumar Sinha (DIN: 09127387) has vide letter dated 23 March 2023 tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director (Non-Independent) of the Company effective 24 March 2023, in view of his transition to a new role within the Mahindra group.
