IRCTC, Asian Granito and Lupin to see some action today

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has signed an MoU with Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority (UCADA) for a period of 5 years for providing Helicopter ticket booking service to the pilgrims of Shri Kedarnath Dham on behalf of UCADA. In this connection, IRCTC will be providing a Website (Mobile responsive) for booking Helicopter tickets. Pilgrims will be able to book online tickets through IRCTC Website for their Helicopter journey.

Asian Granito India has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company named AFFIL Ceramics on March 23, 2023. AFFIL Ceramics is incorporated with an object to undertake the business activities pertaining to manufacture of refractory bricks, blocks tiles and similar refractory ceramic constructional goods.

Lupin has received tentative approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA), Obeticholic Acid Tablets, 5 mg and 10 mg, to market a generic equivalent of Ocaliva Tablets, 5 mg and 10 mg, of Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

American alternative asset management firm TPG Global is reportedly planning to exit Campus Activewear by selling its entire 7.6% stake in the company through block deals on Friday (Mach 24, 2023). The asset management firm will sell 2,32,07,692 shares of the company and has set the floor price for the stake sale at Rs 345 a share.

M/s Rachana - RVNL, a joint venture (JV) between Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) and Rachana Construction Co., Mehsana, has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from National Highway Division, Ahmedabad for ‘Up gradation to Six lane with Paved Shoulder of Sarkhej-Changodar Section of NH-8A (New NH-47) from Km. 11/950 to Km. 16/000 for Ahmedabad- Bagodara-Rajkot Road on EPC mode in the State of Gujarat (Package-7). The project cost is Rs 252.21 crore. Rachana Construction Co., Mehsana Share is 60% and RVNL Share is 40%.

RPP-OPG, a joint venture (JV) between RPP Infra Projects and O P Gupta Contractor, has received a letter of acceptance for a new project viz Package no MPUSIP 4H- Improvement to water supply service in Sheopurkalan & Badoda Nagar Parishads in Sheopur Districts in Madhya Pradesh at a contract price of Rs 170.89 crore. RPP Infra Projects (51% holding) along with its JV partner (49% holding) will invest in the project as per their capacity of holding and complete the above project within the decided timelines.

NIBE had earlier announced regarding acquisition of 50% stake in Indigenous Casting Technology, having land admeasuring Gut No. 277, at Post Nighoje, Tal Khed, Pune 410501 allotted by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and inter se rights and obligations and other matters in connection therewith. The Company has acquired remaining 50% stake in Indigenous Casting Technology (Indigenous) on receipt of NOC from MIDC along with its all assets and liabilities. Pursuant to aforesaid acquisition of remaining 50% stake in Indigenous has become Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 22, 2023 in terms of section 2(87) of the Companies Act, 2013.
