Seamec has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary under the name and style of ‘SEAMEC UK Investments’ in London, UK. The wholly owned subsidiary company is an investment company. It is proposed to make an initial investment of British pound sterling 1.85 million. SEAMEC UK Investments is yet to commence business.
Seamec is engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
