Dalal Street Investments has informed that as per the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th quarter & year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of Board Meeting for approval of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course. The Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
