Jayshree Chemicals has received approval for sale of windmill of the company situated at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu to M/s. Naruvizhi Powers on a slump sale basis for a total consideration of Rs 4.70 crore. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2023, approved the same. The sale/disposal is likely to be completed by April 15, 2023.
