DRC Systems India has received an approval to divest its 5% stake in Nextenders (India) to Vedity Software. Pursuant to the said transaction, Nextenders has ceased to be an Associate of the company. Consideration received from such sale/disposal is not exceeding of Rs 37.60 lakh. The Board at its meeting held on March 24, 2023 has considered and approved the same.
