Seamec’s wholly owned subsidiary--- Seamec UK Investments has incorporated two new subsidiaries under the name and style of ‘Fountain House 74’ and ‘Fountain House 84’ in London, UK. The new subsidiaries will be engaged in ship related activities for purchase, sale, repair, maintenance etc. and will be engaged in global operations for Oil and Gas Business.
Seamec is engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
