Syrma SGS Technology has acquired the remaining 15% stake in Perfect ID India (Subsidiary Company) on March 24, 2023, post which, the Company holds entire paid-up equity share capital (100%) of Perfect ID India. Thus, Perfect ID India has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Syrma SGS Technology with effect from March 24, 2023.
