Steelman Telecom has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April,2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results (Audited) of the Company for the Financial Year ended as on March 31st , 2023. Accordingly, all designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. Further, the date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Financial Results (Audited) of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31st, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
