Wockhardt has informed that pursuant to Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by designated persons’ (‘the Code’), the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from 1st April, 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of Board Meeting in relation to approval of financial results as above shall be intimated in due course.
