Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company, Can Fin Homes has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for the designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives to deal in shares of the Company, shall remain closed from Friday, March 31, 2023 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company by the Board for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2023. Accordingly, all the above referred category of persons of the Company have been informed not to trade (buying or selling) in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the aforesaid financial results of the Company will be intimated in due course.
