Samrat Pharmachem has informed that in compliance with the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed (from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2023) for all Designated Persons including their immediate relatives. All the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter / deal in any transaction involving sale or purchase or pledge of shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window.
