Megasoft has informed that in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Members of the Company vide Postal Ballot passed on 27th March, 2023 and declared results on 28th March, 2023 has approved the appointment of Krishna Yeachuri (DIN: 00066898) as a Director (Professional, Non-Executive & Non-lndependent) with effective from 27th March, 2023. Further, as per the requirement of the circulars issued by Stock Exchanges dated 20th June, 2018 on the subject of enforcement of SEBI orders regarding appointment of Directors by listed companies we hereby affirm that Krishna Yeachuri is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authority. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with para A of part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations are given in the enclosed Annexure I.
