Accordingly, the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidation) of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ending on March 31, 2023 will be intimated in due course of time.
