In terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) & (e) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BASF India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 10th May 2023 at 12.00 noon at The Chambers, Hotel Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai – 400001 and also through audio-visual means, to consider & approve, the following: Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, Recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 79th Annual General Meeting of the Company. As required under Regulations 33(3)(a) & (b) and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the said Audited Financial Results, if approved by the Board, will be sent after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
