In terms of Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Designated Persons, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the clarifications issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2-Apr-2019, Yash Trading And Finance has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Person, will remain closed with effect from 1-Apr-2023. The Trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31-Mar-2023. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31-Mar-2023 will be communicated in due course.
