In pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct to prevent Insider Trading, Times Guaranty has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company, shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting, at which the audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2023 shall be approved. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all insider/ designated persons and their immediate relatives covered under the mentioned Code are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
