Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has informed that, pursuant to the internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed with effect from Saturday, April 1, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31 March 2023. The date of Board meeting of the Company will be intimated in due course.
