Caplin Point Laboratories has entered into a Share Purchase agreement on March 28, 2023 for the sale of Caplin Point Laboratories Colombia SAS - Colombia, a subsidiary of the Company to Caplin Point Far East, Hong Kong, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Pursuant to execution of the Share Purchase Agreement and transfer of shares, Caplin Point Laboratories Colombia SAS - Colombia will cease to be a subsidiary of the company and shall become a step down subsidiary of the Company through Caplin Point Far East, Hong Kong.
Caplin Point Laboratories is engaged mainly in manufacturing a wide range of Ointments, Creams and other External application preparations in addition to the regular segments of pharmaceutical formulations.
