In terms of the Internal Code of Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, 20 Microns has informed that the trading window for dealing in shares / securities shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 for the promoters, directors, senior managerial personnel along with their immediate relatives and other designated persons of the Company till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board meeting to be held for the approval of Audited – Standalone & Consolidated - Financial Results for the quarter & year ending on 31st March, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for approval of above stated financial results shall be intimated separately.
