Voltamp Transformers has informed that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the code) read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by Directors, Promoters, Members of Promoter Group, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons as defined in the code shall remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for the year ending 31st March, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said audited financial results for the year ending 31st March, 2023 will be considered shall be intimated in due course.
