Advait Infratech has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Saturday 1st April, 2022 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the quarter/year ending on 31st March, 2023 to the public. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of Board Meeting to consider the above Financial Result would be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
