In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons in listed or proposed to be listed securities of the Company (‘Code’), Vodafone Idea has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for all designated persons under the Code from 1st April 2023 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, to the public. Accordingly, all designated persons under the Code have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
