PG Foils has informed that as per Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Shares of the Company by all Designated Person(s) (including their immediate relatives) and Specified Connected Persons will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended on 31st March, 2023 from 01st April, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the financial results. All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period-of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the financial results will be intimated separately.
