In pursuance to the company's Code of Internal procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with amendments thereto, Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Directors, officers and designated persons shall remain closed from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of audited financial results for the quarter / year ending 31st March, 2023 (both days inclusive). The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement /declaration of financial results for the quarter / year ending 31st March, 2023 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ending 31st March, 2023 will be informed in due course.
