Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Oriental Aromatics has informed that the Company has received an email intimation from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent on 31st March, 2023 pertaining to the loss of share Certificate(s)/ request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from the shareholder(s) for which stop transfer has been marked by the Registrar, Accordingly, duplicate Share Certificate(s) shall be issued only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the Shareholders(s). The company has enclosed the details of share certificate and copy of intimation received from its RTA.
