Gujarat Toolroom has informed that pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the submission of audited financial results for the quarter ending on 31st March, 2023. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
