Tide Water Oil (India) has informed that approval of the members of the Company was sought for passing the ordinary resolutions as specified in the notice dated 14th February, 2023 by way of Postal Ballot and Remote Evoting. In view of the above, the resolutions passed by the members, briefly, related to: Approval for appointment of Arijit Basu (DIN: 07215894), Executive Director as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1st March, 2023 (Ordinary Resolution); Approval for revision of remuneration payable to R. N. Ghosal (DIN: 00308865), Managing Director of the Company till 28th February, 2023 (Ordinary Resolution).
