Sofcom Systems has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023. The date of Board Meeting to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023 will be intimated. Accordingly, the designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
