Batliboi & Associates LLP (Firm Registration No. 101049W/E300004), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company, in place of existing Statutory Auditors, Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP (Firm Registration No. 012754N/N500016), whose term shall expire at the conclusion of forthcoming 23rd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) to be held in the calendar year 2023.
