Dixon Technologies (India) has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely Dixtel Communications and the subscription money for the same has been paid on March 31, 2023. The wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated with an object to undertake wholesale/ trading of electronic equipment and other related parts thereof.
