Silicon Rental Solutions has informed that under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Code of Practices and Procedures and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April, 2023 and will re-open after 48 hours of declaration of financial results for the half year and financial year ended on March 31st, 2023. In view of the aforesaid, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives effective from Saturday, April 01st, 2023, until 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the half year and financial year ended March 31st, 2023. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Standalone Financial Results for the half year and financial year ended March 31st, 2023, will be intimated later.
