Thomas Cook’s (India) wholly owned subsidiary -- Travel Corporation (India) has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Authenticities, Sri Lanka, for investing in Tropiculture, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka, in order to establish inbound business in Sri Lanka. The investment is subject to applicable regulatory approvals, and post the investment, Travel Corporation (India) would own 40 per cent stake in Tropiculture.
